Thank you for shopping with us! Please review our shipping policy below so you know what to expect when placing an order for our custom rhinestone transfers.
Processing Time
All of our rhinestone transfers are handmade to order. Because of this, please allow 1–3 business days for processing and production before your order ships.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, and occasionally on Saturdays when possible.
Shipping Methods
We ship all orders via USPS and offer the following shipping options at checkout:

USPS Priority Mail

USPS Priority Mail Express
All shipping methods include tracking information, which will be provided once your order has shipped.
Delivery Time
Please note that the delivery timeframes provided by USPS are estimates and are not guaranteed.
The only guaranteed shipping service offered by USPS is Priority Mail Express (1–2 business days).
If you need your order by a specific date, we strongly recommend selecting Priority Mail Express at checkout.
Shipping Delays
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for postal delays. Because we do not control USPS transit times, we cannot issue refunds for custom orders due to shipping delays.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If you experience a shipping issue such as a lost or delayed package, please contact the U.S. Postal Service directly to file a claim or complaint.
