At Crystiques, we specialize in custom rhinestone transfers including names, phrases, sayings, logos, and custom graphics. Because each design is made specifically for the customer, we have implemented the following approval policy to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Design Submission
Customers are responsible for providing accurate design details when placing their order. This includes:
- Correct spelling of names, phrases, or sayings
- Correct sizing and color selections
- High-quality artwork or logos when applicable
Please double-check all information before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
Design Proofs
For certain custom orders, we may provide a digital design proof for customer approval before production begins.
When a proof is provided:
- Customers must review the design carefully.
- This includes checking spelling, layout, size, and overall design appearance.
Production will begin only after the design proof has been approved.
Approval Responsibility
By approving a design proof, the customer confirms that:
- All spelling and wording are correct
- The layout and design meet their expectations
- The size and placement are accurate
Once a design proof has been approved, no further changes can be made.
No Returns on Approved Designs
Because all items are custom-made, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
- Spelling errors approved in the design proof
- Design layout issues approved by the customer
- Customer preference changes after approval
Production Time
Once a design is approved, your order will move into production. At this stage:
- The order cannot be canceled or modified
- Production and processing times will begin
Refusal of Designs
We reserve the right to refuse any design request that includes:
- Copyrighted or trademarked content without authorization
- Offensive or inappropriate material
- Low-quality artwork that cannot be properly converted into rhinestone format
