We specialize in custom rhinestone transfers, including designs with names, phrases, sayings, graphics, and logos.
By placing an order for a custom product, you acknowledge that:
- The design is created specifically based on the information you provide.
- You are responsible for ensuring that all spelling, wording, and design instructions submitted are correct.
- Custom products cannot be returned or exchanged once production begins.
3. Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before completing a purchase, including:
- Spelling of names or phrases
- Design instructions
- Sizes and quantities
- Uploaded artwork or logos
We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
4. Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order.
After the 12-hour window, the order may already be in production and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
5. Refunds and Returns
Due to the custom nature of our products:
- Returns and exchanges are not accepted on custom orders.
Refunds will only be considered if:
- The order was canceled within the 12-hour cancellation window, or
- We determine that a production error occurred on our end.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
6. Intellectual Property
Customers submitting logos, graphics, or artwork confirm that they own the rights or have permission to use those materials.
By submitting artwork to us, you confirm that:
- The design does not violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of any third party.
We reserve the right to refuse orders that contain copyrighted or trademarked material without proper authorization.
7. Product Application
Our rhinestone transfers require proper heat pressing to achieve the best results.
We are not responsible for:
- Application errors
- Incorrect temperature or pressure settings
- Damage caused during pressing or application
Customers are responsible for following proper pressing instructions.
8. Shipping
Shipping times may vary depending on order volume, customization requirements, and carrier delays. Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crystiques shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
