Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Because our products are custom-made, we want to ensure you understand our policies before placing your order.

Custom Orders

All of our rhinestone transfers are custom made to order and may include names, phrases, sayings, designs, or logos created specifically for each customer. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom designs.

Once an order has been produced, it cannot be modified, returned, or exchanged.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, you must submit a cancellation request within 12 hours of placing your order.

After 12 hours, orders may already be in production and cannot be canceled or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item received

Once reviewed, we will determine if a replacement is necessary.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following situations:

  • Your order was canceled within the 12-hour cancellation window
  • We determine that a production error occurred on our end and a replacement cannot be provided

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
